Montejaque You can enjoy the local culture, walking and relaxing in this beautiful, restful, typical Spanish white mountain village of just 1000 inhabitants. It is so pleasant here that around 20 British people have either chosen to live here full time or have bought property which they escape to at every opportunity. Officially registered with the Junta de Andalucía as a vivienda rural, Casarita has to meet strict standards of comfort and safety, and is regularly inspected by the authorities. The apartment at Casarita sleeps up to three people. There is a roomy comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. There is also a lounge-cum-kitchen with a sofa bed, suitable for a third person, if required. This room has a small kitchen with three-ring cooker, sink, fridge and a full set of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has a TV, DVD player and stereo radio/CD player. You are welcome to use our books, CDs and DVDs at no extra charge. The large bathroom offers a shower, wash basin and WC. There is a hairdryer available. The bathroom also houses a washing machine, which is available to guests for a small extra charge. There is a second wc. You can relax in your own private flower-bedecked patio with garden furniture and sun umbrella. Towels and bedding are included in the price. For trips to the beach we can also provide beach towels, a sun umbrella and a coolbox. Breakfast and occasional gourmet dinners are available on request at a reasonable cost. ADSL internet is available for a small charge. The municipal swimming pool is about a 20-minute walk away. CASARITA, located in the upper part of the village of Montejaque, near Ronda, is in a renovated, but still typically Spanish house, and offers comfortable accommodation and gracious hospitality to its guests. It is open year-round for people who prefer peace and quiet to the hustle and bustle of the coast ... for hikers from autumn to spring, for birdwatchers at any time and for sun-seekers in the summer.
