Client Testimonials

"During his six years working for St Helens Council Education Department, Paul was, among other things, our in-house "languages expert", doing the translating, interpreting and liaison with our twin towns in Chalon-Sur-Saône, France, Stuttgart, Germany and El Prat de Llobregat, Spain. His participation has enabled us to maintain strong links with all three towns, particularly in the field of education, where he set up and managed a very successful work experience programme for sixth formers"
Brian Mainwaring, Director of Education, St Helens Council, August 1995

Barça do it with ease
Sunday, 16 May 2010 00:00

Today FC Barcelona duly won the Primera Liga, as predicted, and by a clear three points.  They easily beat Valladolid 3-0 at the Camp Nou stadium in the Catalan capital while Real Madrid, who were one point adrift of the leaders going into the last round of matches, were held to a draw by Malaga FC, allowing our provincial team to avoid relegation.

Joy all round for Barça and Malaga fans. But lots of long faces among the Real fans in the bar where I watched the Malaga-Madrid game.

No football now for about three weeks, until the World Cup begins in South Africa next month. Can the favourites, Spain, repeat their  2008 triumph in the European Championship, or are England finally ready to win La Copa Mundial for the second time?
