Client Testimonials

"We used Paul to help us organise a wedding in Ronda for my English daughter and Scottish son-in-law. It was a very tricky matter, because it is not normal for foreigners to marry in the town. Nevertheless, we persevered and Paul did all the interpreting, talking to officials and making phone calls on our behalf. Needless to say, the wedding went perfectly, with a large part of the thanks going to Paul."

The short arm of the law! PDF
Thursday, 27 May 2010 00:00

The other day, as I was having a drink and tapas with friends, we observed at first hand the rigour of the law regarding illegal parking here in our little village.

Opposite the bar were a few parked cars, one of them against a yellow kerb (not allowed).  We watched fascinated, as one of our two local municipales (bobbies), Juan, arrived on his moped, parked behind the offending vehicle, also adjacent to the yellow kerb, and entered the bar for a beer.

Not a flicker of awareness that he had broken the law and had ignored another infringement!

Hola, Juan, ¿Qué pasa, hombre?

Well, at least he was wearing a crash helmet!

Note: Juan’s name has been changed for his own protection.
