Client Testimonials

"During his six years working for St Helens Council Education Department, Paul was, among other things, our in-house "languages expert", doing the translating, interpreting and liaison with our twin towns in Chalon-Sur-Saône, France, Stuttgart, Germany and El Prat de Llobregat, Spain. His participation has enabled us to maintain strong links with all three towns, particularly in the field of education, where he set up and managed a very successful work experience programme for sixth formers"
Brian Mainwaring, Director of Education, St Helens Council, August 1995

Finished at last!
Tuesday, 08 June 2010 00:00

My house in England is finished and on the market.
After burst pipes in January caused water damage to an entire section of my house in Warrington, the contractors have just completed the renovation.  I’ve finished the work I was doing elsewhere in the house and garden and it’s now up for sale!

Tunstall Villa, 117 Wash Lane, Warrington WA4 2RR

This unique property was built in 1868 and named after the first owner, a Mr Tunstall.  One of the few remaining Victorian buildings in the heart of the old Latchford village, Tunstall Villa is the only remaining Victorian house on this part of the road.
A large detached villa set in its own grounds, the house has been lovingly restored, enhanced and re-decorated by the current owner, retaining original Victorian features such as internal coving, corbels, high ceilings, architrave and skirting boards.  Many of the internal doors are also originals.  Overall the specification is high quality.
The house now provides ample family accommodation with three double bedrooms, one with an en suite, and a further bathroom with large corner whirlpool bath on the first floor.  On the ground floor, there is a large sitting room, large lounge, a fully fitted dining kitchen, a huge garden room, a further WC and a large laundry/utility room.
The house has a burglar alarm, fitted 18 months ago, and all windows are double glazed with locks.
Outside the front garden is laid to lawn with flower beds around, while the side garden, hidden behind substantial, high quality fencing and gates, comprises further lawns, double-width driveway leading to a four-car garage, patio and terrace area, with flower beds and garden areas.  This whole area is south facing and very secluded, with the fencing and gates to the front, a tall hedge to the side and a high wall to the rear.
The area is very quiet and conveniently located for schools, churches, shops and other amenities, all within walking distance.
Adjacent to the Manchester Ship Canal and the Trans-Pennine Trail, the house overlooks Warrington Town FC’s ground with a grandstand view from the main bedroom window.
