Client Testimonials

“I first contacted Paul because we needed an interpreter to help resolve an issue at Sevillana, the electricity company. He was very efficient and effective and the problem was quickly solved. I have since used Paul in other official settings, including my bank, Unicaja, the Provincial Payments Office and the Administrator of our Community of Owners. Excellent value for money.”

Everywhere shut again!

Beware! Everywhere shut again!

Not content with having "bank holidays" on 2 and 6 September and last week's General Strike, everywhere is set to be shut again next Tuesday 12 October, to celebrate the Fiesta Nacional de España.

Yes, just a reminder that next Tuesday, 12 October, is the national day of Spain. Also known as the Día de la Hispanidad, Día de Colón (Columbus Day) or 12-O, it commemorates the day in 1492 when Christopher Columbus first set foot in America. As such it is related to the Columbus celebrations held on the same day and for the same purpose across the Americas.

This means that banks, official buildings, offices and most shops will be closed next Tuesday. The only places that are likely to be open for business are some bakeries and some corner shops – and bars and restaurants, of course!
