Client Testimonials

"When I bought an apartment in Ronda in 2001 and a house in 2003, Paul was an invaluable help in my dealings with estate agents, lawyers, at the bank and at the notary. It’s too risky to do it all without a competent interpreter. Many do, but I would strongly advise against it."

Slow down!
Tuesday, 01 March 2011 07:50

As of 7 March you need to slow down on the motorway! The government is reducing the maximum speed limit on Spain’s roads from 120 kilometres an hour to 110, equivalent to 68.75 miles per hour, even slower than the UK’s miserly limit of 70 mph.

The measure has been introduced in an attempt to save fuel and cut energy consumption in the wake of rising fuel prices caused by the upheavals in Libya and other parts of the Arab world.

Since few drivers heed the current limit of 120 kph, it will be interesting to see what happens after the new lower limit is introduced.
