Client Testimonials

"Paul’s extensive knowledge of Spanish has been an invaluable asset to me recently. When my husband passed away suddenly, Paul made himself available at all times to guide me through the difficult process of Spanish protocol. I could not have wished for a more helpful and sensitive friend during this tragic time.”

Ryanair f**k off!
Sábado 13 de Marzo de 2010 00:00

altRyanair has let down 1000s of loyal customers in southern Spain by its decision to cut four routes from Granada airport with immediate effect.

In particular, the cancellation of flights from London Stansted and Liverpool to the Federico Garcia Lorca airport outside Granada will make journeys to and from the area much less fun for those of us who preferred the gentler environs of this tiny, upgraded aerodrome to the hustle and bustle of Málaga’s massive building site.
Not the most loved of airlines in any case, because of its sneaky add-ons to the headline fare (£5 for online check-in, punitive luggage charges and penalties, outrageous booking fee per person per flight, proposed charges for using the toilet or being overweight), this decision will annoy many a regular user of the low-cost Irish airline’s services.
And what about all the other companies that have invested in Granada-Jaén airport, on the back of these flights, eg car hire, catering services, duty-free shop? And those foreigners who bought property in the area, believing they would have access to regular flights in and out?
Ryanair has a catastrophic PR policy and displays a dreadful attitude towards its collobarators and its customers.  CEO Michael O’Leary summed up the company’s opinion of its customers last year when he was quoted as saying in relation to a blogger: “What part of no refund do you not understand?  You are not getting a refund , so f**k off!”
