Client Testimonials

„Wir waren Anfang April für 5 Tage in CASARITA und haben uns sehr gut erholt! Wir waren schön wandern und spazieren und haben die Frühlingssonne genossen.  Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und Madita hat in dem Babybett sehr gut geschlafen."

When I got married two and a half months ago, I acquired three stepchildren with different eating habits/beliefs: one vegetarian; one vegan; and one carnivore.  Makes cooking for all the family an interesting experience – although the former and the latter can always divvie up one plate!

The vegan stepchild is pretty evangelical about it all and it makes for some interesting discussions.  Yet, I must admit, when he cooks, his food tastes great.

9 reasons to go vegan - from the website peta2.com

"There are a bunzillion and a half reasons to go vegan! It's such an amazing healthy, cruelty-free lifestyle, that more and more people are turning to the green side of the force. I wanted to share with you some of my favourite reasons for going vegan:

1.    You'll Save Lives: The average vegan saves 185 lives a year by not eating meat (that's about 14,000 lives over one's lifetime)!

2.    You'll Help Fight World Hunger: It takes up to 16 pounds of grain to produce just 1 pound of animal flesh! All that plant food could be used much more efficiently if it was fed to people directly.

3.    It Does a Body Good: Studies have shown that people who adopt a meat-free diet decrease their chances of diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.

4.    It's Better for the Planet: Eating meat is one of the worst things that you can do for the Earth; it's wasteful, it causes enormous amounts of pollution, and the meat industry is one of the biggest causes of global warming.

5.    Who Wants to Eat Poop?: I sure don't! Meat is often contaminated with faeces, blood, and other bodily fluids, all of which make animal products the top source of food poisoning in the United States.

6.    It's Cheaper: Beans, rice and tofu are c-h-e-a-p! So is pasta with marinara, salad, veggies … I could go on and on.

7.    It's a Guilt-free Lifestyle: Enjoy having peace of mind knowing that no one died for your plate.

8.    You'll Smell Better: Need I say more? Who doesn't wanna decrease their stink factor.

9.    It's Fun: Exploring new vegan recipes and savouring foods like you never have before is a fun adventure."
