The fame of our little pueblo blanco in the Serranía de Ronda is spreading, thanks to Twitter.  Here’s an appreciation I found on the Costa del Sol blog of Georgina Shaw.

Don’t forget!  This Sunday, 24 October, in the main square of Montejaque is the re-enactment of a famous battle fought 200 years ago in the Peninsular War, when 200 villagers defeated 700 of Napoleon's troops at La batalla de La Puente nearby.  Start time 11.00 am
