I’ve since done some research and discovered that the Spanish town of Lorca in Murcia province, some 380 kilometres from here, suffered several low-level tremors yesterday, culminating in a quake at 6.47 pm measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale. At least 10 people are dead and dozens injured. For a full report by Giles Tremlett of the Guardian, click here.
