Being averse to dialling premium lines to contact my electricity company, my bank or most other organisations, especially when I wished to complain, I used to use the website www.saynoto0870.com/ when I lived in the UK. The website basically offers alternative standard rate geographical numbers for most major companies and organisations. When I moved to Spain I realised that it’s just as bad here. To contact most organisations you have to dial a 902 number, which is a premium line. When it’s Servicio Atención al Cliente, I think that’s a bit of a cheek - well, a lot of a cheek, actually. So, I use www.nomasnumeros900.com/ which offers a similar service. Try it and save money! When I lived in the UK I always tried to avoid dialling premium phone lines. What to do once I moved to Spain?
